    see, i have submitted my blog to many search engines and am still doing that.Plus i am even mailing the link to my friends all known people.can you suggest something else

    Submitting your blog to search engines won't get you any noticeable amount of traffic.

    PPC Advertising
    Joint Ventures with other blogs

    Yes, PPC advertising costs money.

    I think you would find a some basic marketing information helpful. Check some books out of your library, or read up on sites like DP, SitePoint, etc.

    You really need to study and educate yourself on internet marketing to make your blog successful.

    Search for blogs related to your own, via Google. Then check those sites links and their site's links and so on. Compile a list of about 100 sites and contact names and mail them all individually coming across as unique and personal as possible. You may receive no replies, or very few replies but hopefully you can gain a few links to get you started. Also, inform each site of the link text you wish to be linked with.

    And really it's not that hard to do. Once you e-mail 10-15 sites, you'll pretty much be on a roll, and 100 will come within the hour :)
