    first blend your the background of your ads with your page...:p

    placements quite nice, maybe you could use the wide skyscraper instead of the one you have at the right, i think it will fit...:D

    i think fitness have loads of competition...maybe your traffic is just normal considering your keyword competiton...:D

    I suggest to you that you do some linking. Like i did on one of my sites and the result was amazing.

    At this time of Search ENgine Industry I dont think you need to submit to search engines if you have good content and few links on other sites.

    Submit to directoris and arrange 2 way or 3 way links with similar content sites.
