    you can use good old Joomla and add on the hot property component and modules...

    i've personally used this combo in a good number of clients site and it's pretty decent.

    I've used hot property before — and it is pretty decent. Hasn't got any new features in while though. That being said, it's pretty feature complete.

    www.Open-Realty.org has an open source listing management system.
    I used it briefly last year for my wife when she got her realtor's license.
    It's pretty good for a free script. ;)

    Yep, for a free script, it sure works well. It's been over a year since I used it, but I remember it did cover the basic listing features.
