Placing adsense ad above games - Against TOS?

    We just added the adsense ads in our forum's arcade games page.

    The games index page have no issues. Only when you play a game you will see that ad. I added a screenshot of that placement for your reference.

    These ads are placed just above the arcade flash games. Is this against adsense TOS?

    Im not sure about this.. just today we added.. Expecting your suggestion soon.

    its fine...your not blending it with the game or anything...the game is separated anyway...

    but as mentioned before doesnt hurt to ask G...:p
