    My Personal Advice,

    Top link units should be at bottom of the main links,

    left skyscraper should be at right side with matching colors to you content text. Headers Black, urls blue.

    Same colors with the bottom ad. But location seems fine.

    i think you should change format adsense on heading section
    it should be 336x280 and put it below head content

    your ad link units should be at bottom of these.. So they look like links..

    Also 350x200 and 250x200 is good.
    I think there is not money with ad link unit, imho.

    get a square unit, get a square ad unit 250*250 and get it surrounded by your content, and you will get the best click through!!:D

    how many ad units i can display in a page. I am not able display more than one. only the first ad unit getting displayed.

    3 ad units and 1 link ad unit max.

    Sometimes ads don't appear because there are none available.
