    Hello guys?

    What do you seriously think of web hosting? Well, i am talking about local web hosting i.e. not in general but i wish to have a local hosting. I also wanna wish to have some niche in it.

    What is your experience for a one man show web hosting?

    Hi,

    One man will be pretty hard to run it. Easy when you have 10 - 20 clients. But when you start getting more customers, it will become hard. My partner gone away for the week, finding it hard with 20 clients / maintaing 2 sites.

    I had started a one man hosting service for my local clients some months ago..but I stopped it when I did not get customers. :)

    The plus side to having a local hosting service is that locals will trust your company more...

    What about hosting specifically small business sites? You can offer design services (collaborate with a designer) as well..

    What if I dont intend to make it a company? make it a personal hosting, may be. collaborate is easier than done?

    you can manage it for local customers, however you may need to be aware when it gonna extend very rapidly

    Oh right.. I'm just use to saying hosting company :) Yeah this can be a one man thing! I meant to just collaborate with a website designer (to add something extra.. you know those folks who have small businesses but have no idea what a website is!)
