id try joining an affilaite network, then adding your ad codes into popups - if its permitted by the network.

also, you could place the code into your page: this may be better than popups which can get blocked.

adsense wouldnt allow you to put ads in popups anyway, would they?

I don't recommend you popup or popunders. That's a way to loose your valuable traffic.
Also interstitial and invue ads are paying more money, but are not welcome for most users.
Try to run other CPC programs, or even CPM programs with standand banners

Why? Because they have a referral link that you can stick in your "review"?

    Adversal CPM is crap.

    With ValueClick I'm averaging @ £1.49 (about $3) for pop-unders compared to Adversal's max of $1.20 ...

Well I'm not so sure now. They accepted both of mine a month or two ago but someone in another thread says they don't anymore.

Anyway, the OP doesn't say he wants to use them on a proxy.

Nope, no new ones at all.

Pop unders can be effective on normal sites as in 1 every 6-12 hours, which won't annoy your visitors.

Valueclick is not accepting every site.

In the "smaller" companies I have tested all and I am happy with adversal. If you think I post this because of my ref link, you can ask other people too ;)

Oh yeah, good point about not accepting all sites.

If you can get into ValueClick though then I'd recommend that.

If you have that quality doubleclick would be the best, but it is really hard to get accepted in these networks, as most of them don't have the inventories they used to have (adsense probably caused that)
