You have lot of content but your blending is really poor. You might want to read through this section of the forum - go back at least a year and read the dos and don'ts suggested by many of us here.

I would recommand you to replace the violett of the fonts in the body section, it's really hard to read. Try to stay with one color scheme.

change font color and consider revising the content on the front page into more manageble chunks as there is quite a lot to for the reader to wade through.

You probably won't get any clicks on the ads considering the placement and blending.

Very busy site, hard to find what to read.

Also, i think you have too many google search on the page, per the google TOS i think you are only allowed 1 google search per page.

If you are using blogger then may want to stick with one of there standards templates with minor tweaks.

You could blend the google adsense in the post, like mine one
    news of new software
PS. My template is also poor.

Top placement tooks great! For the ad unit on the bottom of the page, I would remove the borders (so use the same BG color as your ad's background). Also, move it up to the upper part of the blog so its not missed.

Second 8everything. She is right - top placement is really nice. I didn't like the search box - maybe you can move that in your right column.

No need to have a search box there, honestly I would just remove it :) They don't bring in a lot of revenue if any at all!
