wrong... you should really try reading the thread before posting: "If the videos are being deleted then I suggest you to download them in your computer then upload them in your host !" -0lgi

and what if adsense support sees the stolen content on your site before youtube has erased the video? atulperx just told you that it can take up to a month for youtube to delete the vid.

i'm not sure why it's so difficult for you to understand that scammers can lose their adsense account?

fact is, the adsense team said that i'm right, per the jensense url that i posted :)

and we all know that the adsense team has never posted to this thread.

shutzu claimed to own the comicvids.com site... then he claimed that he was going to put adsense on it... do you see any adsense on that url? i don't...

thetafferboy83, why don't you give us the exact url where you are putting adsense on youtube videos?

I see Google ads on comicvids... But i have other questions :

    1. AdBrite InVideo : Can i embed videos from YouTube, Google Video etc. using InVideo ?

    2. If YES (question 1)... then... it is "legal" to have Google Ads on my blog when I already have AdBrite InVideo ?

    Thx.

there was no adsense on comicvids.com yesterday, so cut the b.s.

i don't think that i can bring myself to ask adsense if the url is legal, tho... i really don't want to see the site owner lose his account.

I'm not hosting the videos though, danimal. YouTube is [IMG] So if they are deleted from there, they go off my site.

I agree that danimal would be correct if you downloaded copyright material from say YouTube, then uploaded it to your own server and displayed Google Ads.

However, my guide states to download stuff and bounce it back from YouTube. So if they have got any problems with it, they can remove it. However, I did go on the assumption that nobody would be dumb enough to download Star Wars or something. I guess this assumption was too much for danimal [IMG]

dude, you don't even know enough about html to make a smiley work in your posts! lol

the youtube scraping guide that you put up embeds the video on the page, next to the adsense blocks, which is a clear violation of the adsense tos.

the only thing in question here is whether or not google cares enough to ban your a$$.

Works for me and btw, it's bbcode not html lol. Now since most people have been clear they don't like you, I think the point is made and I shall stop feeding the troll :)

The idea looks perfectly fine to me. Youtube and Google video provides the embed link so that you can post them on your page. It has nothing to do with copyright infringement

Great post thetafferboy83. This is what an informative thread means. Also thanks Shutzu for clearing the points. Repped you both.

"I also talked with Google before this went live, so I have gotten clarification on some of the points below, to help answer any questions publishers may have had with the new changes... I did clarify that this(the tos change) still does cover the same things as before, such as MP3, video, news groups and image results. It could also cover anything else that is copyrighted, such as stolen content, something many publishers have a problem with."

aren't you going to fix the smilies in your other posts?

it's unfortunate that noobs and scammers are ignoring the adsense tos, but there will be people reading this who don't want to risk losing their accounts.

Danimal, you really don't get it don't you? The "copyrighted" content, is hosted on youtube's and google's servers, if they delete it from their servers, it is also deleted from my site.
