We really should make a rule that you can't vote if you're still living in the city where you were born.

Second that. Most of those hometown livers and lovers probably haven't seen much of the world. Criteria as follows:
    1. Not living where you were born
    2. Not living where you grew up
    3. You have never been overseas
    ;)

I just returned from a trip to PV last Wednesday. It was my first time down there, and I have to say, I wish I had known what I was in for. Paradise for sure! I had a great time at the restaurants / bars and shopping in town my last day there. Met some really cool people at Epoca. I plan to return in the fall. I will not be staying at an all-inclusive next time. I want to rent a home or villa in town for the full PV experience.

The thing which always amazed me about Toronto was how many homeless people there were. I mean, if I were homeless -- I would hitch a ride to somewhere warmer than Toronto!

They would sleep in the snow on the sidewalks downtown and the morning commuters would just walk around them.
