Adsense look ok for this diet site?

Hey there, rather new to this, I've been building a diet site to provide information on different diets... can you tell me if the adsense looks ok for this?

Whell for starters make the background of your ads the same color as the body background.
Next remove the image ad and the skyscraper and place a Large Rectangle (336 x 280) over the top, floated left, with the text of the articles wrapping around it. This setup performs best in most cases.

really? I hadn't even thought of making a rectangle ad floated left... you don't think the image ad and skyscraper ad do very well?

 

I am postive they dont perform well.
Just take my advice, you will be surpised.
Also make the ads Title color stand out and contrast.

 

BTW, THE header is off when view with firefox 1024*800

 

Do you have any examples of sites that do this well, so I can see what I should be striving for? Thanks!

Yeah Chica you gotta spice that site up some with images and a lot more content.Also none of your ads are being served up.

 

are you sure that you have added adsense codes to your site? i did not see any adsense ads on that sites

 

Where is your ads ? And I think your header need more reworking

 

Please disregard this post now. Some malicious user decided to click on my ads a lot, causing a 300% CTR. And even though I reported it, and disabled the ad channel, my account was disabled...

 

...thats unfortunate....

it was a new site though...
