    The adsense on top is okay but not the one on the bottom. I would shift it up to the upper area of your site (below the header, above the forum) where visitors are more focused at.

    there are ads above the header and at the footer. you must use ads near your real content

    The leaderboard in the bottom is pretty much useless.
    Try to use gray background to blend the top leaderboard more.
