Digg is ok if you get a whole bunch of diggs real quick otherwise you end up getting buried.

If you go to the bottom of the Digg page and look at the digg tools, they will have everything you need to add digg to your sites.

I have a 150 uniques a day blog. I hit the first page at digg once, that number increased to 4500 the first day and 7000 the next day. I hope you get my drift.

Digg's not such a good place to gamble getting the main page. I mean look at it - you get a flood of traffic to your site. But they are all nerds and so know not to click every ad on your site and will be pretty skeptical about signing up to email lists and stuff.

The only thing I have successfully and effectively used Digg for is to simply generate backlinks :)
