Why Are Only Public Service Adsense Messages showing on My Blogger Site?

    I started a new blog on blogger about one week ago. Today, I signed up for adsense and added it using the Adsense widget in blogger. However, the only ads that are posted are public service messages. I added my tax info and payment preferences in my adsense account and granted access to blogger. The link to the blog in in my sig.

    If ur a new adsense user then it takes time or u are using some google banned words !

    It takes a while for the regular ads to show up. The bots will read your pages and add something connected to the words on the page. The more keywords your use in your post, the more related it will be to your site. Just have patience and they will show up soon. Good Luck !

    Usually the Public Service Ads dissapear quickly (a few hours), as soon as the Google Bot crawls your page.

    One of my pages it took a couple of hours and one of my blogs it took about 18 hours. It will show up though. Even now, once in a while I will have the public service messages show up for a little while. Don't worry you will be up soon.

    And a TIP (because you're new to AdSense), NEVER click on your own ads, or you could be banned and won't be able to use AdSense on any other site.

    Another TIP (because you're new to AdSense) - Read the TOS and Policies - really.
    It will take about 10-20 minutes, but read thru it all and make sure you understand everything.

    Ok the ads are up on my blog now, but all of the ads are completely irrelevant to the content of the blog. Is this something that changes over time or is there something I need to do to fix the problem. Thanks!
