your adsense blending is really good. do you think adding one link unit to your theme? it may be better

Good content and ad blending and location. I agree with trichnosis that the only thing you could do better is a link ad at the top

Colors and placement of ads are okay. For the text " Welcome To www.eArticleSubmit.com !" below your first ad, change that to the same red as your links... it'll attract some attention to the upper area where your ad is.

Your Placement is great! However your giving too good a deal to certain advertisers.
If I were advertising on your site (with Adwords) I'd get my ad shown first on page and pay less than those avertising near the bottom on the left side. Using a 600 high ad unit first in the source code before the ad unit most likely to get clicks can severely lessing the cpc you'll get, because the 600 high ad unit holds lots of individual ads. There's more to it than what you see.

As per the Google terms 3 text/image ads allowed and 3 link units allowed per page. I have only made 3 text ads and 2 link units.

I think it is important to get your adsense higher on the page, at least one above the fold. I would move one of the link units to the top of the page, right above the current banner you have there now (that should blend well, looking sort of like a menu). Then how about switching the featured authors spot with the adsense tower you have on the right.

Thanks for your advice, I think you didnt browse through the individual articles page because I have set it to 2 right bars, one for homepage and another for articles pages. featured authors comes only in homepage.
