    Which are the best methods to announce the arrival of this network ? press releases? forums?
    Any tip helps

    See if you have a good budget to promote the site then better go for good PPC and CPM campaign. It will give you fast and guaranteed results, else you know other free stuffs.

    Yes! its really value for money! I have great conversion rates and better ROI!
    But you must run your PPC and CPM campaign very effectively else ROI will decrease.
