    Can someone also review my placement at my forums please?

    I get around 1.2k uniques a day and averaging only $5-$8 a day. Should I do anything to increase or Its all fine?

    Should I install that Sidebar sponsored results thing and put adsense on right side also?

    your site is good example of vbulletin forums but in my opinion, the best place for forums are

    * inside the first post
    * after the the first post (or after the last post)

    i think you must not use adsense on your header

    your header gives more click because most of your adsense is on your header:)

    Hi there,
    Some friendly suggestions from my side
    you can divide the welcome text in two parts so as to reduce the height of the welcome box, namely, "Welcome message" and "Benifits of the site"
    also you can try to reduce the height of the header
    I am suggesting these two points so that your site's forum index will be visible without scrolling.
    one more issue, which is important as per my concern, if you open the site on "Mozilla-Firefox Browser" then you will find a gap between the welcome box and Forum index. You should remove it ASAP
    well... I am still going through your site, and will let you know about suggestions, if any
    bye for now
