how to place ads inside or between posts on blogger

I would like to know if its possible to place G-ads inside the posts themselves, or between the posts of each day, while using blogspot blogs from Google.

I have a site that simply does not look right with so many and such large ads running down the right side, and I cant seem to find a three column template for this blog.

I think I maybe scaring folks off with the ads being so prominent, and have no idea what to do about that, other than to move them.

and maybe tell me if doing this kind of placement would be possible, and also how to do it, I would be grateful.

I had spoken to someone on another area of this forum, and they mentioned moving on of my google ads up top, but I do sort of good some times with the auction ad banner that i have there.... and when i try to place the google banner underneath, near top of post, it makes a ton of grey ads show up in my blog posts! I did try some help to place ads in posts some time ago, that is probably why that happens, have learned to be careful and ask questions of those who really know what they are doing!

Your site has a good content.But why do you place a large image above the fold.Many visitors will exit from the first view when visit to your site.Because they never seen your content at first impression.
You can edit the template.I also a blogger.But i don't know the method to place the ads between in posts.
I also like know it from an expert!

thank you for saying my content is good, are you referring to the flag image? Its part of the campaign we staged to save the CBS show jericho. Do you think I should tone it down in size???
