Google specifically mentioned that they did not like small images that lined up with their ads. And, you don't have a border or line between the images and the ad. Trouble, IMHO. Do you really need those images? I don't see what they add. If Google bans your account, then what? There are not many choices for new sites with no PR and low traffic.

In GamerWii, the AdSense links on the sidebar don't match the rest of the theme. Those are the default colors that scream out - THIS IS AN AD.

Manublog has a nice layout. That link ad at the top looks somewhat jammed in there. Make sure that it doesn't line-up with 'Home" or you'll be in trouble with Google's TOS.

I think that an image that is just randomly placed next to ads, ie, one that does not serve any other purpose on the page, will not be accepted. I hope Google would take into account implied intent of the publisher before banning since the policy is still vague. And it's pretty easy to tell which images are on a page for the pure sake of highlighting the ads and which ones are there for another reason.

    Definitely against the TOS.
To be safe Put a Dotted Line between the images and the ads.
Anyway it don;t work well unless it is a product based website where google serves up product related ads, and if you places product images, then many times the product image matches the google ads, and it works.

    One tip!
Try Google link ads, and place small images next to those.
Again, don't forget the dotted line.

About: mrsmyspace - Definitevly against TOS.
About: manublog - Link unit at the top is little outlined. You can remove the home link and make the logo clickable. Also in the ads, that you embed inside posts - I think its against TOS to place the ads with no space between it and the content. I read something about confusing users. I don't remember exactly. May the others say.
About: gamerwii - Vertical scrillbar with 800x600 resolution (BAD!). Link unit's palette and the sidebar ads are with default colors. Think about blending them a little.

On the Myspace site: Lebling ads different from "Advertisement" is against TOS I think. You labeled them "Sponsors". I recommend changing that cuz its not worth to lose your adsense account just for a word on your site. You could also blend them a little more and change the background color of the right skyscraper to match your template.
On the GamerWii: You didn't blended them yet. Do it.
    Football site is ok.

I thought labeling them "Sponsors" was ok. Is this really a ToS violation?

No, it's not a violation. "Sponsored Links" is a recommended label so "Sponsors" is perfectly fine to use. I wish people would actually read the Policies before making comments like that.
