    i think you must use brown colour for your ads linkings. blue is not a good link colour your ads links

    Adsense now allows rounded corners, take a look at this post Round corner ads for Adsense


    about the ad placement,
    looks good, in the footer i see 2 ads when browsing topics. You could just keep one ad in the footer.

    Overall, it looks pretty nice. You may want to change the link colour to brown instead of blue, as someone mentioned I think.
