    Sure you if gonna host your proxy on dedicated then start a proxies network. For me it's easy to cover the dues and to make some profit but these days it's really impossible. Google is paying too less....

    But to be honest these days are good days to start proxies :)
    Coz before students come back your proxy link be here n there on forums, blogs, in chat rooms etc. So now is time to advertise and market your proxy.

    There is no true max. It depends on your VPS or server's specs and your bandwidth. More popular proxies need more power.
