Can you recommend a file upload site

    On my forum I have free bebo skins for people to download and I am being asked again and again to add more but memory on my server is a problem.

    Can you suggest or recommend a good file sharing site where I can upload zip files and share them that way. If you could suggest a site where I can add my own logo and where stats of how many download have been made would be great.

    Try using Megaupload.com or Rapidshare.com etc. there are alot of file sharing site online. But Rapidshare has been being very popular. You may also try 4shared.com.

    Repps appriciated if my suggestoin worked for you.

    I'm sure the files are not large so I would suggest uploading them to rapidshare and share away the link. If the files are large, like us, buy one rapidshare account and share them to your premium server.

    Thanks for your suggestions, do these sites give you pages to customise and have your own logo and background I would like to have a page that looks like my site. To get the people who download the skins used to my site.

    Well, no, but you can create your own folder and store your files in it if you are using rapidshare.com. However, if you want to host files with your banner or customization etc. then you may try FileFront.com they give you unlimited storage with customizable of your download page. I hope it fills your need.

    You could use a frame at the top when any user clicks any link of rapidshare from your site but you cannot customize the download links completly.

    You could try filefreak.com too. I think that filefreak allows hotlinking and you can just link the url in your site and your visitors will never have to leave your site. The downside of filefreak is that it only allows 5 MB per file.
