    336 * 280 unit is in good position you may consider taking it up above the youtube video. bottom Long 600 * 120 or 160 ad unit is of no use, no one is going to click there try a different adunit or a location for it.

    I would experiment with colors. Your placement is good but the ads (titles) don't jump out of the screen. Even blue link might work.

    the header image logo is repeated twice in the top right hand corner of my screen (mayb put the no-repeat tag to stop this?)

    Adsense placement seems ok - Boxes for videos need some work to be done - also left site navigation can be improved

    Use some CSS ;)

    Why don't you have an AdSense ad block before the first video?
