i registeed on google adsense 6 month ago and i put google ads on my web site same time.in six month i just earn 25 $ so can any one help me how to earn more

To archive this, the best way is to ahve good content! Content that people will when using google.

In my experience around 2000 ad impressions brings about $5, this of course depends on a billion factors, ctr, positioning, niche etc, but its a good benchmark.

If your getting 2000 ad impressions but not getting close to $5 then you need to work on ctr (positioning, content, flow etc). If your not getting enough impressions then you need to work on building traffic, but you can never have enough traffic so work on building this anyway

It depends mainly on your CPC and ad placement.

 

Firstly, your site asked me to install the Korean language pack to view the site correctly, I ignored it and see your site is in fact in English. You really should prevent this happening if you want to reach a global audience, 2 lines in your meta tags need changing or removing:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=ks_c_5601-1987">

Secondly the Nepal and Kathmandu links don't work, you really should fix them as soon as possible.

Thirdly, your site consists of only 6 pages and each of those does not have much content, you need many more pages, and more text per page, maybe break down each location in to what to see while your there for example.

So, remove Korean language from the meta tags, fix the non working links, create many more pages and have plenty of content on each.

You need to do this before you will make decent money from your site with AdSense. After doing the above you can worry about ad placement, color etc.
