Don't turn this thread into "Where can I pay almost nothing to host my proxy?"

Hosting is very important. The most important.
If you're only willing to invest $3 a month then do something else.
Actually if you're only willing to invest $3/m then do something entirely different and avoid internet marketing all together.

Its 3 months now that im working on it
also 2 months that i have begun reading and searching DP forums
to understand ,what would you like to have on a proxy listing website

having a very simple form to let users surf websites (proxy site)
paypal payment pages
automatic emails to let you know ,while someone is ordering ...
proxy box ,to let proxy bloggers have fresh list of proxies on their pages
newsletter sign up page (beautifully designed to get emails into your yahoogroups)
and at last i think its the most beatifull proxy site/listing website

with $3 you can still "start" with a .info and some free hosting xD but as for proxy business, you are right.

Well, how much do most of you guys make from your proxy websites? How many servers do you run? Do you need a network to make a lot?

 

I started a few days ago with 2 proxies and I'm making about $3~5 combined.

I'm not sure though if this will grow or decline since I'm using different methods of advertising and also haven't submitted to topsites

 

Are you using myspace to promote your proxies, or? You're using adsense right?

 

90% of the income is from adsense, 10% from adversal and 0% adbrite since I still don't recieve advertisers.

Not bad, are the keywords for "proxies" on adsense very high-paying and such? I'm just curious.

 

I don't know, since I'm from Chile I think I don't see the "good ads" anyways.

But highest paying clicks come from Bypass surgery and unrelated stuff I think.

 

For me it comes and goes. For a while it will pay great, and then it will be crappy. For the most part they are decent keywords, IMO

Exactly. I think people have the misconception that since there are so many proxies out there that there is no money to be made. IMO proxies are good for a quick buck, I wouldn't rely on the income though.

 

Can someone help me with my proxy coding? I have the template and php script I just dont know how to insert it correctly.
