    Can anyone suggest me which CMS will be best for my dentistry forums?

    I have vBcms right now, but not satisfied.
    I need a good ;looking portal with lot of features on it.

    I am just new into this CMS world.
    Joomla looked complicated to setup, however its the best one i have ever seen.

    How much would i be charged if someone creates a joomla portal for me?
    Any ideas?

    The best is to use joomla you can use in either way you want i'm also just designing the joomla for my medical site.its very easy with joomla and looks professional.
