As far as webmasters go, I'm wondering what the percentage breakdown is for OS preference.

    What do you use/prefer?

    Windows XP for me.

Windows Vista. I'd like to try Linux though but like the standardization.

Linux with VMWare to run Win2000/XP every now and then. Windows is too limited in network related stuff...

Windows is obviously not as stable, but the software available to you on this platform and as well as just comfortability of it is what keeps people with it.

    I love to say it!

    Windows NT4

Rock solid, it can go months before I reboot.

I've been running the same install since 1999 by moving the drives and controller to new machines.

If a drive burns down, I just swap it out because it's part of a mirror on a battery backed raid controller.
