    Hot enough to have a kick, but not painfully hot.

    And the best place I've ever had buffalo wings was at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, NY. That's the place where buffalo wings were invented! :D

    I disagree. By making it more readily available, and in better containers, in larger quantities they have improved upon the original. Plus I think that old timer logo they used may not be so good in today's market.

    applying that to the wing, I guess they have improved by making them more available and in larger quantities.
