I honestly recieved less than '10 hits' the first day, and a few more to start of the second day. Seller's response was that I blocked countries - Yes, I blocked Iran and Nigeria. This goes to show where most of the traffic comes from when purchasing advetising from this individual. I took a chance based on what a few said in the following:

PS Seller was banned twice in a week, I guess this might have something to do with it.

 

well I think doing self promotion is best thing. I wet to myspace (it's kinda new for me) made some friends there. (age grp 10 to 20) and told them about my 10 proxy site network. And I am receiving more than 500 traffic for each proxy site for less than 2 week old proxy sites

What are that 20000hits on the very first day????...why it is giving like that....stats are from awstats.....

 

That seem weird. Did you advertise your proxy in anyway?

 

Do what i did before banning IP's look them up. One of the Ips in my list is a school in the UK.....so I think I will keep that up....or do you have any ideas about UK traffic and adsense??

look at page views not hits

hits goes for every element in your page - if you have 100 images on your page this is 100 hits

page view is single count for every page load and this is what tells you if a proxy site is busy or not

 

I have also bought the same package, well acctualy it was package for 2 proxies (20$) And I have received 1000+ unique visitors on both of my proxies the first day! Both proxy websites were fresh, but I've made more than 60$ in 7 days (my investment tripled in a week !).

Since nixjacob was banned I had to contact him through MSN and asked him for new promotion and about this "accident", he said that he replied to your email and told you what the reason was but apperantly you didn't reply back.

The answer is simple. It's not accurate.

About myspace promotion:
It's very unpredictable and not a good way to bring long term traffic in to your sites. You may certainly get money back on your investments but you need to look at other methods.

About Jacobnix:
I trust him and I'm not a very trusting person.
Mods aren't perfect but they're pretty good here.
A 3 month ban must suck if you know you're innocent..

Don't buy traffic. You dont need to buy traffic. Noone looks kindly on that.

 

hey guys, I just opend up my proxy site, I have a contact importer section on the site, so its been getting all its users from that, today, I got $0.31 for 2 clicks, as i can see, it is very high for a proxy site, and my traffic is all us. no foreign countries. I just want to know if there is any methods beside proxy.org to promote the site and get mainly US users? I've allready sybmited to proxy listings.

 

Did anyone get high clicks today? my earnings cuadrupled compared to yesterday with almost the same clicks.

I hope this stays for a few days =P

How do you block users from specific countries like China etc??

Does that help against smart pricing or is this just a measure to save bandwith?
