Creating a paint splash logo. $$$Help!

I need to make a t-shirt design for my DECA chapter.

How would I go about making a paint splash in Photoshop like the following:



If anyone could help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

I was planning on making a contest out of this and offering a $30 dollar prize, but since I am a new member I can't post in that forum.
However if anyone can come up with a cool design I would appreciate it and still offer the money.

The shirt just needs to say "It's DECA time" somewhere in the graphic.

You just want the text with a paint splash?

 

I guess what I really want is a t-shirt design, but if not even just the text would be fine. What I liked about that shirt was the blue image in the back, and I tried to make it myself but I couldn't figure it out.

It doesn't necessarily have to be the paint splash, I just thought that looked cool.

I don't know, experiment with it if you want and if I like it and end up using it I'll send you the money.

What is DECA? Might be helpful in designing it if I knew what it was.

 

Its a marketing club basically.

But if you could get something like that image up there, except that the letters would say "It's DECA time" instead, would be perfect.

thanks but i've given up on doing it myself, and i need it done by tomorrow too

so 30 dollars anyone who comes up with what i deem to be the best design for a DECA shirt that says "It's DECA Time"

i like this, but if you could just make the background image a little bit smaller, so the splash isn't huge, its gonna go on a t-shirt

Another idea I had for this could possibly be "DECA- jump in"

I really need one by tonight, so the one that gets chosen by my DECA chapter will be offered a $50 dollar prize instead of 30.

could you maybe make the text another color other than blue?

white would probably look the best, maybe a lil orange?

i like that design, especially the way the letters stand out

i want to take about 5 or 6 different designs to present tomorrow at the meeting, and i will let you know which one we decide to use
