    Yuck. No offence don't mean to be rude all for improving purposes. Don't put a search add on top of the rectangle adds, both are a different colour. Move the search add somewhere else, often do good down the bottom of the page. Also i would change the colour of the site, itself. Make the brown link colour black, instead of the poo colour. Overall nice site, how much traffic are you getting from it?

    There design can be improved,
    Loading your site with so many ads next to the sidebar will cause serious navigation problems, this is NOT user friendly.

    yes for better user friendly look remove adds form side bar & fix it above & below your comments, if you are using wordpress you can do it by placing the adds inside the the file "page.php"
