It may be standard but that does not stop it from being smarter to make it compatible with both platforms

    IE7 and FF2.
Both are good, I just have how FF2 renders pages smaller and text looks like it needs 16xAA. Also i find IE7 opening websites faster beacose it somehow opens them by whole, while FF2 opens every site object one by one!

No, i don`t use IE7 for general browsing because of the multitude of hacks made for it. FF is more secure and maybe faster if you don`t add very many add-ons.
Anyway there are many add-ons for FF very useful for webmasters and bloggers.
I only use IE7 or Opera when i make the design part for an website, because they reads the code different than FF.

I used FF because of the tabbed browsing and I just dont feel like switching back to IE even with the tab browsing, I especially like all the add-ons for FF

I agree with that. It makes perfect sense. But if I had to choose one I would do IE. But of course I can do both:D

If you want your computer infected with viruses use internet explorer !!!

i can give you many sites which when you visit them they automatically install a virus on your computer.... and if your luck you can get it off without formating.

you visit the same sites with Firefox and nothing happens...... !!!!

WHY??? cause the default configuration of your internet explorer allows sites to install software on your computer without asking you !!!

I don't wanna scare all the IE users here... but i hate to say, i told you so!!

The one main problem with FF I have is the plugin thing. Windows Media Player does not work a lot of the time even with the plugin installed.

I used to use IE 7.0, but the constant errors and bugs led me to download Firefox and I couldn't be any happier with my decision. :)
