    My homepage makes 1-3% for the past 2 years www.atunnel.com . The design does not matter one bit. If the user is gonna click an add they will click it. If you have a gay template with ads all over the place they will either not click it out of spite or find another less cluttered proxy.

    To be honest for a proxy (which to me is relatively short term) I would not care how crap it looked, especially if it had a 15% CTR :D

    15% ctr on 400 uniques, awesome. I've owned 12 proxies for 1-2 years and have yet to see anyone who thinks proxies are short term making 5 digit incomes except for the people I know who take proxies seriously.

    When i was using php proxy (like this one... http://www.hidemystuff.info/) I get about 15%. Some of the most basic things I have used get even more.

    I'm thinking of starting a proxy network (25 - 30 proxies)...

    Only expecting to get $1 a day from each avg.

    Would 3,000 GB Bandwidth be enough?

    How hard will I have to work for $1 a day? People say its not that hard with a proxy site.

    You could aim for about $5 - $10 a day with only a few hours initial work if you have 30 proxy sites

    I started 99 and got upto $20 a day so with 30 expect like a third of that

    and yeah 3000 GB would be plenty

    but
    do you prefer to have a beautiful Proxy site , or something that could bring $10 or so a day?!

    well
    i prefer the second choice
    visitors dont care whether the theme is attractive or not
    they just need a fast proxy to surf and ...
    the template is not a free one
    searched for a free surrografier template , coulntd find any so ,had to design it myself

    I agree that it just matters what the CTR is even if its horrible but i would just like to say i think the wird brings in a lot more than $10 a day anyway :p

    3000GB is too much for a brand new network - You'll be going through 1-5GB a day starting off...
