The question is not clear; do you mean use Yahoo Search Optimiser?

Or do you mean how to add Tracking URLs to KWs in yahoo?...download the campaign or adgroup, fill in the KW destination URL column, then re-upload via the import page in Yahoo. (Not all accounts have access to the Import page, so you may need to request access, and for the time being, send your spreadsheet to your Y!rep to upload).

Yes sorry i meant tracking URLs in yahoo. I have the import feature but without messing around with there template it seems very difficult to paste them in. My keywords are in a different order... does this mean having to paste them individually?

Yes I see what you are saying.

You need to perform a V-lookup...this will ensure that the correct Keyword URL is matched to the keyword; regardless of the order in your Yahoo spreadsheet.

Its quite a tricky function to explain, but the 'help' is usually quite good in excel. I'll try in a nutshell...

Take the list of your KWs and their corresponding URLs, as well as the downloaded spreadsheet for Yahoo.

In the Yahoo spreadsheet 'Keyword Custom URL' column G (starting on the SAME row as your first Keyword - row 4?) type =, then select the Refence Function and select V-lookup.

Lookup Value: Highlight all the keywords in your YAHOO spreadsheet that need a url (Column E if I remember correctly).

Table Array: this will be your other spreadhseet with keywords and custom URLs (these URLs must be in the next column to the RIGHT). Press f4.

    Col_Index_Number: 2

    Range Lookup: False.

Follow those instructions exactly, and you will have a quick way of applying custom URLs to your Yahoo spreadsheet. It really is not difficult as long as you follow the instructions carefully.
