    if you want to test it just go to a proxy and surf your own site then see if that appears on your list when the stats update :D

    Websense sends bots on the web everyday to spot proxies. They are then categorized as "Proxy Avoidance" pages and when a network administrator decides to block "proxy avoidance" pages then the domain is blocked.
    BUT
    Websense CANNOT block/monitor https traffic, hence the only way to block a proxy on https is to manually block it. Network admins have better things to do than manually blocking urls. This is my personal experience.

    @shadey: Your proxy theme needs a bit more work
    see example, Its a nice theme but besides the styling errors, why dont you consolidate all the ad.php files into one conf file.
