Also looking for people to exchange links that will be placed at the bottom next to "Partner Sites:" on my new network of 4 proxy sites running proxily.

I am going to make around 100 (hopefully) proxy templates and then sell them all in a topic, like 5 dollars each, and they can be sold a max of 4 times... etc.

Is this an appealing proxy template or is there something that people look for that isn't here?

 

It is a very neat and nice template. I like the color

One thing I would like to point out is most proxy owners create proxy to earn revenues from the front page, so, if you want proxies to sell well, you might want to add some parts and sections for ad placement

What so google adsense isnt allowed on proxy site? Im confused.

 

Actually it is allowed on the index page only. You can use AdBrite/Adversal on proxified pages.

i've tried it, conversion is very low...

 

when I was getting an insane amount of chinese traffic it converted far better than adsense but for my average traffic primarily US proxies it doesn't convert that well but its on top of adsense so I keep it on there.

Registered domains through dynadot (had some credit on account) and ordered the CLOAK MEGA package from Cloak Host.

I've promoted through google & yahoo groups, and stumbling. About 400 uniques in total, yet I've only made 48 cents today through adsense with 1,251 page impressions and 14 clicks!

I've invested a good $40 or so in this. At this rate I'm not even going to cover hosting fees. Am I expecting too much too fast? Any tips?

 

Wow was just looking at Cloak Host and dam are they expensive for close to nothing of bandwidth. I would suggest moving hosts because paying 25$ for 300GB bandwidth and limited domains is crazy.

A lot of people running proxies bandwidth would run out in days if not a day with plans like that. You're better off buying the 30$ plan on wdservers.com for next months hosting because as soon as your proxies start to get popular your bandwidth will run out before you know it.

Also don't expect to make all your money back the morning after you open the sites it takes time for people to find your proxy site and start using it regularly. Just keep trying to advertise your proxies on different sites and what not (without spamming) and you will gradually see a rise in both profits and visitors.

 

I agree, probably going to not add it on my new proxies.

Has anyone noticed a drop in earnings (not ctr) with Adsense? I noticed also my earnings dropped nearly 50% since adding the hotlink protection in my htaccess.....
