At this point you need to worry more about content than ads. Actually, you should probably take off the ads since they won't really make you anything and tey might detract potentionl visitors from returning.

Methane do you think its better to build visitors and content first than add the adsense? When do you think its a good time to add the adsense?

rocky - i don't think that it matters as long as the ads are tasteful and aren't taking up every free pixel

yeah it could be true also, but to create good content need time, and I thought buy maximise the usage of all ads will be better, anyway, I got very little clicks daily

I see you are using two different color links; I'd be interested in hearing which one is working better for you. Suggest to test. Split the "Good University Guide" banner at top into two. Keep GUG logo in place but create a 234 adspace at the top with rounded corners and a lighter background. It would make an interesting test fo you. Also, you of course have to look at your own stats, but if the Sponsors block on the right isn't pulling, consider dropping it a little farther down from the rest of the group to create more impact. /Best

The one along the top is fine, but the box after the first post is too much. If this were a site I wanted to get information off of, I would go to Google to search for a site with less invasive ads. Try a smaller ad box below the posts. Like a small banner style. A box is too much and make your site look cheap.
