    No offence - this is meant as constructive criticsm - but you need alot of work on your placement.

    1. why 2 banners at the top?
    2. If you have to have 2 banners - why do they look just slapped on the page?
    3. Why a google referal pack randomly placed at the top right?
    4. Google search looks out of place - not blended - doesnt seem part of the site.
    5. Google ads - you need to blend them with the background of your site
    6. Google ads - you have too many - you are only allowed 3 units.

    Im sure others can add more. Make some changes and let us know so we can take another look :)

    Nice blog but I can't stand this orange colour and read at the same time more than 5minutes. Why don't you soften the background a little bit(ergonomic advice)?
