    i want ur advice to make sure its not breaking TOS

    You seem to have a good space between your ads and any clickable buttons to me.

    But you can always email Google to ask if you want.

    I don't see anything wrong with the placement. You aren't causing invalid clicks intentionally or asking people to click there.
