    I am completely new to adSense and i have spent over a year building and designing my site. I would be very graetful if you could please let me know what you think of the ad placement and more importantly, advise me if you think i should move, remove or add ads, thanks in advance

    I would make titles' color a bit darker, but don't expect to earn much from such type of website (no content=no targeting=no clicks).

    I like the layout but when I clicked on "about," I got a voice message...music and voice messages can be a turn off and I found the accent hard to understand. Sorry, I'm not Irish!

    ads looks good...i like it that you used only a banner...but maybe add some more... a skyscraper ad at the left would be nice, just below your navigation blending the links...
