how can you go on about how hardf americans are, you play rugby but with padding - you dont have a proper rugby team because your too wimpy.

Rugby - american football
hockey - ice hockey

Mine is Paul Bolland, google him, now there's a player that plays with passion and pride, not like some of the overpaid to$$ers we see in the Premier League

LOL, he plays in the lowest league of the English football, but for his level he's one of the best. I tried to make a site on one of my other favorite players who plays at the same level of football, but it was a huge mistake, and I wasted so much time on it.

You can play better when properly protected. The end result is that you have college football games (football not soccer) with 100,000 in attendence while some top level professional rugby teams don't draw 10,000. And does anyone watch field hockey? I see no mention of it on Sky Sports. I suppose boxing with padded gloves is whimpy too.

Any ways back to association football, I like Rooney, if he was born a few thousand miles west and was 5 inches taller and 40 pounds heavier he might have done well as a quarterback or safety.
