    Eat less of milk, cheese and nuts? Not only cheese is misspelled, it is also good for you heart because its full of calcium and the fats are good fats. That same applies to milk. Nuts are even better. All dieticians recommend you eating more nuts.

    Your picture on good health is a nice one. Your Wax coating Noodle warning - well I find it hard to believe that this is still going around. I will not bother with the specifics, but will simple say it is an old urban legend and is FALSE.

    Read about the origins of this story @ http://www.snopes.com/food/warnings/noodles.asp and see a classic case of viral panic warnings that never seem to go away.

    Today, we should avoid most process foods if possible. Most processed foods are full of chemicals and preservatives. I know its hard to do in our busy lifestyle, but we should try to take better care of ourselves.
