dude things dont go that way , u can do anything and use numerous pirated stuff on your Computer ( WindoZe Xp or Cracked software ) but when you are running a bussiness Online or even Using some one s Written Code you have to be carefull to read their TOS .

and it is always bad to use some one s thing without even crediting him

I have gotten at least an 8% CTR and have not been banned by Google, so I wouldn't say they ban you with at least 5%.
