Need advice on placement please

Hello I am new here and I am trying to place the ads just right. This is my wifes site and she gets about 100 unique visitors organic from google per day. The site is in portuguese, however I believe the ads are in good position. She gets 1 to 2 clicks per day per 100 and sometimes nothing. Any suggesions please

Does the Ad service you are using support Channels so you could track your ads and how well they are doing in different positions.

 

Well the only ads she is using is Google adsense and only uses one channel for culinary. It gives me a report daily too if I want to know how many page impressions and clicks. I also have a statcounter on her blog and it tells me that they are coming from google using the keywords within her blog. I checked the ads from time to time and they do match with her content. Personally I would think she would be receiving more clicks then that I just don't understand it. I must be doing something wrong here.
