I have started working on facebook apps just a few days and had my first app running like 2 days. I found good traffic to my main site from that app and also made a few bucks on appsaholic

BTW FaceBook has millions of users and they love to add apps. I found that you only need to work hard for the first 2-3 days to get your app running. When you get 100 or more adds, your app will be running on its own (but it must be something interesting and unique). Also as you can put text links, banners or ads, it is great for driving traffic to your websites or making money from ads.

I am not sure if Google AdSense is allowed on facebook app, I am still searching for this info. If anyone knows about it please let us know if Google allows us to put their ads on Apps...

I find facebook getting really really annoying, with all the apps all the time, its just irritating.

I agree, this is why I dont like facebook now, I always hated myspace, and I think facebook is turning into an advance form of myspace now.

So much useless stuff is on facebook now, I remember 1+ year ago I was active and talking to my friends, now I cant even find people's wall, because their page is loaded with useless apps

 

Seriously do you think something like the social flowers app on facebook is interesting to make money?

Is there someone interesting to tell me that how i make make money through face book.

 

There's under 20 people in the world freelancing to make money from facebook worth mentioning. It's a total waste of time.

They make facebook applications, promote them on facebook to get them popular. Sometimes the app. will have advertising in it, sometimes, it'll redirect to one of their sites, etc.

Making money from facebook is not worth the effort. It takes weeks to make an application and then you have to promote it on a site that isn't even yours. I know you are addicted to facebook, but you gotta live in the webmaster world. Facebook is too unstable becuase it's hot today but comes a few weeks it could be the next netscape browser of the internet.

Can people really earn from FB? I am also having a FB account. Will be glad to have some info on how to get money from that account. Though I have an idea and that is what if I post peoples links on my FB posts?

 

have a look at buying a facebook application and providing advertising on it.. advertisers tend to pay alot more due to the nature of the ads.
