I don't know why, but I hardly receive any clicks with YSM. I was getting about 10 clicks a day for $3/day budget. My bids are 0.15-0.30.

After I deleted some general keywords, I stopped to receive any clicks. Starting from the morning today I received so far 10 impressions and 0 clicks

    Keywords are maximum targeted

Your stats are very low to make any decision for your campaign. What position are you with your keywords? What quality index do you have? How many keywords?

I have about 30 keywords. I am in top 5 positions. I do not have quality index at the moment, but usually i have more than half quality index.

Keywords are really relevant, that's why I have only 30 of them. I don't think increasing bids will do anything, because my ads are already in high positions.

P.S. Should I create a separate Adgroup for good-performing keywords?

If you have only 30 keywords, than you should create separate adgroup for each keyword. Be sure to include the keyword in the title of the ad. This way you will get the most impressions and good quality index. When you get to 90-100 impressions and no click, than something is wrong with your adtext that makes people not to click,so you better change something. If it happened again, just delete that keyword.

I will try, what you saying.

My ads are perfect, basically, I do not have competition, so top positions are mine, and how can I receive only 10 clicks from 800 impressions??? (today's stats)

    P.S. I have my quality index now, it's 4/5.

Try increasing you CPC to .50 and see if that helps. Sometimes you need to bid higher for a higher converting keyword/phrase that offers less traffic. You need to be in the top 3.
