    It's not an SEO tip, Aaron. It's a copywriting tip (which again ties into the book I recommended at the very top of the thread, "Web Copy That Sells" by Maria Veloso).

    As for your question, yes, that would go into the title element, since that is the title of the page (I'd also repeat it (for the most part, but with a little variation) in your topmost heading (the H1 element) as well.
