You mean review your site or your AdSense? If AdSense, make the banner blend with your background and also make it bigger so the width streches further across.

Awesome! Thank you TonyCap! Tell your friends! :D

Site and AdSense in general. The banner below the zip code search function?

Like make the background of it white and then make it full size banner?

I like that!.....simple...useful....and, something im going to pass on....

honestly, though, I'd put another Google ad there...

.....a leaderboard that stretches above where it says "enter zip code"....it's such a useful resource, that im sure people will bookmark....that, i think you should push it a bit.....get the ad out there...and, I'd use a white background.......blue traditional Link with greenish URL....the basics....

    that's just what i would do :)

......maybe it's pushing it a bit....i just think it's useful and people would use it....so, it wouldnt hurt to put the adsense out right above the 'enter zip code' and in the same location on even the results page....

im up in the air....honestly, i think it's SO useful....that it's pros outweigh possibly driving people away....

it's really a good idea...and, i haven't see something like that before....so simple, and useful....and, ill keep it bookmarked and check it occasionally, no matter what you do with the ads....that's just my opinion....

what do other members here think? i just tend to be a little 'agressive'....lol....i think that alot of people that see it wont even know about adsense......heck, if youv'e got it....have confidence in it....and, push the ads.....

From an SEO standpoint, you may want to retarget your title tags to get some more traction with the search engines while you grow your branding reputation.

    Cool idea for a site!

websites like yours....that are useful like that....i dont think you have to worry about the ads scaring people off....

it's good to be concerned about that...but, i think the potential pros outweigh the negatives....if they REALLY dont want the data/service...then, they don't have to visit...but, i think they still will, with or without the ads... ;)

P.s. check out the quality of your ads....i just did....one had the title "Why do gas stations hate us?"....

i think you should keep the ads the way they are now ;)

I think the site has a lot of potential and is a damn good idea. However, one flaw I did notice is that if you enter a valid Zip code, everything is okay. Enter an unexpected zip code - suych as a UK post code, in format AB123CD, you don't get anything, no error message, just the exact same home page. Is that supposed to be like that? I think the adsense placement is good and will catch alot of guys out. Perhaps a Google Search under the top banner would make this layout near enough perfect!
