your ads are far from content,
put large rectangles, also try some wide ad blocks between posts.
I would not advice to use same theme on both blogs, try different stuff and see which performs best.

Ad Placement or what? The first domain is redirecting to another one. You could use a large rectangle on the first fold.

your blog is fine but looks like you need lot more content than that. and to get clicks and make money, you need traffic. i see htere is only one site as one directs to other. work on building traffic and adding new content. clicks and money will follow

you need original content not copy pasted content.

 

original unique content, or you don't care about readers? then just rewrite it a bit so it won't be considered as duplicate one. And about your design... maybe you should change color and size of ads, I would say try large rectangle near content and choose colors that will match your template. Adsense after first post or even in the first post is also a good thing

Ads place ATF are performing much better.
Right now it's hard to notice your ads and I imagine the CTR is quite low.

I would suggest you reorganize the page a little. Do you really need the about box right at the top of the page - that is prime web real estate there. I'd definitely try and get something above the fold as zexy suggests.
