lol, that would be difficult not having had any in like 2 years! no wonder Grim is always so grumpy...he's always bloated from the creatine

 

Man, I tell you.. I have been going to the gym daily now.. Two hours a day, and that creatine not only makes you fart, they stink so bad, I'm not even inclined to share them with my wife anymore.

You are not kidding about the bloating.. It's insane.. I feel like a water buffalo (no pun) though the up side to it is, I find that I get full faster, food wise.

I started on a regiment of grapefruit in the AM now along with my daily banana.

The weight gain and muscle tone is nice, but if you are not up on that cardio and other areas like abs, etc., I don't recommend it. The recovery time is what I like. Like I said, I am at the gym daily now. I found that this 2 day a week weekend thing just is not giving me the results I want.

Staying off that mountain dew helps too!!

Creatine gives bloat, never had a 'fart' problem from it though. Amino acids on the other hand can give them, does the creatine you're taking have amino's added?
